The Kabayan Multipurpose Cooperative (KMPC), through its Board of Directors Chairperson, Dir. Orlan W. Kelcho , together with the Manager, Mr. Henerod Esnara , awarded Financial Assistance to Adaoay National High School in support of the Brigada Eskwela 2026 program.

The turnover was held on June 5, 2026, at the KMPC Main Function Hall, Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet. The assistance was formally received by Mr. Danny Otinguey, School Principal, on behalf of the school.

Through this initiative, KMPC continues to uphold its commitment to community development and quality education by supporting programs that help create a conducive learning environment for students and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.

The Kabayan Multipurpose Cooperative (KMPC), together with one of its sister cooperative, Duacan Multipurpose Cooperative (DMPC), participated in the SSS Barangay and Other Offsite E-Centers Online Services Training (BOOST) Program on June 4, 2026, held at Grande Hotel, Baguio City.

The training provided participants with valuable knowledge and updates on the various online services, programs, and digital initiatives of the Social Security System (SSS). Through this activity, the cooperatives aim to enhance their capability to assist members and communities in accessing government services more efficiently and conveniently.

The newly elected officers of Kabayan Multipurpose Cooperative (Kabayan Mpc), together with officers from Duacan Multipurpose Cooperative (DMPC), participated in the 2-day online seminar on the Fundamentals of Cooperative on June 3โ€“4, 2026, held at the KMPC Main Function Hall, Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet.

Conducted by CARCU, the seminar is one of the mandatory trainings required by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for cooperative officers. The activity enhanced participants' understanding of cooperative principles, governance, leadership roles, and responsibilities, strengthening their capacity to effectively serve their respective cooperatives and members.

Through continuous education and training, KMPC remains committed to promoting competent leadership and good cooperative governance in pursuit of quality service for its member-owners.

The Kabayan Multipurpose Cooperative conducted a Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) on June 3, 2026, at the KMPC La Trinidad Branch in Palmaville, Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet, and at the Provincial Capitol.

Facilitated by Dir. Atty. Juan Coy Nazarro Jr. , the seminar provided participants with essential knowledge on cooperative principles, services, membership responsibilities, and benefits.

Through the PMES, KMPC continues to promote cooperative awareness and empower future member-owners.

The meeting highlighted the presentation of the annual action plans of the different committees, providing a platform to align programs and activities with the cooperative's goals and objectives.
