Every strong family starts with a plan.
Today, I had the privilege of meeting a newly married couple who shared their dreams for the future. We initially talked about protection, but as we discussed their goals, they realized they also wanted to build savings while staying financially protected.
One thing they said that really stayed with me was that they want to treat their fund value as “ghost money.” Something they won’t touch today so it can quietly grow for the future they are building together.
They’re planning to start after celebrating another milestone, giving themselves time to recover from their wedding expenses. And that’s perfectly okay. Financial planning is not about rushing. It’s about starting when you’re ready and staying committed to the future you want to create.
