Good day,

To report, the following number of MBs have paid the PhP 650.00 for the payment of estate tax:

For Phase 1: 52 out of 200
For Phase 2: 102 out of 228
For Phase 3: 40 out of 195

Total : 194 out of 623 (31%)

We will wait until the payment is done. Until then, we cannot move forward. So expect delays in the project. You may be processed for CRECOM next year if this continues.

A gentle reminder: To all those unsubmitted deposit slips from bank, please give a copy to your officers or at the KAMPI office. Also, please pay the PhP 650.00 for the paymenr of estate tax. The longer we cannot pay it, the longer we will wait for our lot acquisition approval. Thank you.

Good day, All,

HINDI na po namin hihingiin sa bawat miyembro ang photocopy (xerox) ng inyong nabayaran sa inyong officers.

Binigay na lang ng inyong officers ang kanilang mga resibo sa amin upang maging gabay sa pag-tingin sa mga nakabayad na at sa mga hindi pa. Salamat.

Sa mga susunod na araw, pipilitin namin tingnan lahat ng ito.

Magandang umaga po sa lahat.

Mayroon po tayong General Assembly na gaganapin sa ika-9 ng Hunyo, Linggo, sa Dacville Open Court sa ganap na ika-1 ng hapon.

Inaasahan ang lahat na dumalo lalong lalo na ang miyembro ng Gudes HOAI-Phase 1.

Narito ang ilan sa mga pag-uusapan natin:
1. mga update sa ating proseso sa CMP
2. estado ng Gudes HOAI Phase 1
3. mga susunod na hakbang na kinakailangan ng pagsang-ayon ng mga miyembro tulad ng pag-"advance" natin kada buwan sa may-ari ng lupa.
4. ilan pang bagay at katanungan mula sa mga miyembro ng Gudes HOAI Phase 1, 2 at 3.

Kasama natin dito sa pagtitipon ang ilang miyembro ng SHFC para mas maipaliwanag sa inyo ang ating hakbang.

Kayo ay hinihikayat na dumalo sa pagtitipon na ito.
