Many traders believe that bad trades happen because of bad analysis.

But sometimes, the real problem isn't the strategy.

It's your condition.

Here are a few reasons why you should avoid trading when you're not at your best:

1. You're more likely to make emotional decisions.

Kapag stressed ka, pagod, o may iniisip na problema, mas madali kang maapektuhan ng fear at greed.

2. Mas mahirap sundin ang trading plan.

You know what you're supposed to do.

Pero dahil hindi ka mentally focused, mas madali kang gumawa ng impulsive decisions.

3. Bumababa ang quality ng analysis mo.

Just like any skill, trading requires focus and attention.

Kapag mentally drained ka, mas mataas ang chance na may ma-miss kang important details.

4. Mas mataas ang chance ng revenge trading.

Kapag emotional ang mindset mo, minsan gusto mong bumawi agad pagkatapos ng loss.

At kadalasan, doon nagsisimula ang sunod-sunod na maling decisions.

5. Trading requires discipline, not just strategy.

Even the best setup can fail if the trader is not in the right condition to execute it properly.

The truth is, trading is not only about reading charts.

It's also about managing yourself.

Because sometimes the best trade you can make is the trade you choose not to take.
