Ang financing company ay may mas malawak na operasyon. Kabilang dito ang direct lending, discounting at factoring, pagbili at pagbenta ng contracts, financial leasing, at pati na rin ang secured at unsecured lending.

Samantala, ang lending company naman ay limitado lamang sa pag-offer ng direct lending.

📣 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accelerates company registration with the expansion of the OneSEC Zuper Easy Registration Online facility, now covering 81 industries, up from 33.

This expansion led to a nearly 300% increase in registrations, with 2,938 companies registered in July, compared to 1,014 in May.

SEC Chairperson Francis Lim emphasized the importance of simplifying the registration process to encourage entrepreneurship and capital market participation. OneSEC, launched in 2021, has reduced registration time to as little as 1 minute and 14 seconds.

The SEC also introduced new incentives, including registration fee discounts for micro, small, and medium enterprises, while enhancing its policies to improve ease of doing business.
