Manage your expectations when buying Bales because we are not in control as to what is physically inside the bales. We can only see the colors outside the bales but we can't see everything since Bales are machine-pressed and machine-sealed. Bales are segregated based on class. #1 is class A, #2 is class B, if it is not stated we will be happy and honest to tell you what is inside the bales, whether it is #1 or #2. We value customers so we don't just give you your orders for the sake of selling, if we see that the bales ordered are not of best colors, style, or look then we don't give the item to ensure that buyers or customers are happy. -Ang Bales po ay galing sa U.S. pag Supremo and 7-Star ang brand
-Ang JAPAN po na Bale ay galing naman sa JAPAN although ang mga laman ay
halong JAPAN at U.S.

2. May Korean Bales po ba ako?
-Wala pa po sa ngayon

3. Bakit po mas mura ang price sa ibang online seller?
-Iba-iba po ang supplier namin kaya dipo pare-parehas ang presyo namin
-Wag po mag compare, kung saan mas mura doon po kayo bumili

4.Lahat po ba ng laman ng bales saleable?
-Lahat po ng bales may expected stains or reject po na di na kayang ibenta
-Manage your expectations po dahil you are buying "used items" not brand new

5.May chance po ba na may brand-new na nahahalo sa bale?
-Swerte-swertehan din po ang bales, minsan may bales sa sobrang ganda ng laman
na may mga brand-new items pa with tag, minsan naman di ganun kaganda

6.Pwede po bang ibalik or palitan ang bale?
-Once opened na po ang bale "no return, no exchange" na po
-Kung ano po ang kuha ko sa supplier yun din po ang ibibigay ko sa inyo
-Kung anong code po ang order nyo yun po ibibigay ko sa inyo
-Hindi ko po alam kung ano ang laman ng bale kaya wag po ninyo akong sisihin kung
hindi po maganda ang nakuha ninyong bale dahil iba iba po ang expectations
naten, what is nice to some may not be nice to others.

7. May discount po ba pag 2 or more bales kukunin?
-Open for negotiations po ako
-I give extra discount for multiple orders and repeat customers po

8. Paano kung ayaw kung kunin ang free bale? may bawas po ba sa price ng bale?
-Wala po
-Whether kunin nyo po o hindi ang free bale same price lang po

9. Pwede po bang bumili ng tie-up?
-Pwede po, depende kung anong tie-up gusto nyo
-Magdadagdag lang po kayo kung magkano po ang tie-up

10. Ano po ang assurance namin na hindi to scam???
-WAG PO BUMILI KUNG WALA PO KAYONG TIWALA
