Sochi's Haven Weaponsmith and Armor Craftsman... we do best crafts for best cosplay needs RULES:
1. Commissioned project requires 1 to 3 months per project.

Time frame depends on the complexity of the project

2. Clients required to pay 50 - 70% downpayment before we start the poject.

3. Payment can be made thru money transfer (western union, lbc, cebuana), Gcash plus 20 for the claim fee, or BPI Bank Deposit. Meet up is another option also for the measurement

4. ALL commissioned project must be pick up after the due of the project or once the clien

t received notice from us stating the completion of the costume. unclaimed project after 60 days of its due date will be forfeited

5. Delivery and/or Pick up of the costume can be done thru meet ups in these following places SM Manila, Robinsons Ermita, SM San Lazaro, SM North, Trinoma, Monumento or on the event itself. Handling Fee applies to meet ups places not mentioned to our specific meet up points. Meet Up Fees

6. Measurement form will be send true emails or thru meet ups

7. RUSH project will be charged 20% of the full project amount.

8. Inquire only on our wall or message us with the reference pics.. post pictures with front, back and side with full and clear details as much as possible.
