Please take note of the following:

1. No proxy allowed
2. Only members physically present and complete their registration during the designated registration period are entitled to receive the cash gift allowance.
3. New members who joined from January 1 to September 30, 2025 are allowed to attend and are entitled to the cash gift allowance. New members who joined from October 2025 to the present are not yet entitled to attend and will not receive the cash gift allowance at this time.
