CLARK NAMED AMONG WORLD'S BEST AIRPORTS AT ARRIVALS

Clark International Airport (CRK) was named among the worldโ€™s six Best Airports at Arrivals for 2025 by Airports Council International (ACI) World. The recognition, based on surveys from nearly 707,000 passengers, reflects the airportโ€™s commitment to efficiency, comfort, and Filipino hospitality. The awards will be presented at the ACI World Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul from August 31 to September 4, 2026.

Pampanga's Clark International Airport (CRK) has been hailed one of only 6 airports globally to receive the "Best Airports at Arrivals" award for 2025 announced by Airports Council International (ACI) World as part of its annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards.

The ASQ program measures passenger satisfaction in real-time through surveys conducted while travelers are still at the terminal, the operator of the facility said. The 2025 results were gathered from nearly 707,000 passengers worldwide.

This recognition reflects the hard work of Kapampangans, the whole Clark International team, staff and partners who ensure that every passenger is welcomed with efficiency, comfort, and genuine Filipino hospitality.

We all know the struggle; untitled land canโ€™t be used as collateral, causes massive family inheritance disputes, and makes it incredibly hard to rebuild after a typhoon. Here is a breakdown of what the government just changed to fix this:

โฑ๏ธ ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ-๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ž๐š๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž: No more waiting for years. Applications must now be processed within 120 days.

๐Ÿ’ป ๐Ž๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ : You can now file and track your application electronically through the Land Administration and Management System (LAMS). No more guessing where your papers are.

๐Ÿ’ธ ๐‚๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐…๐ž๐ž๐ฌ: The application fee is locked at โ‚ฑ150, and they have waived the expensive cadastral survey fees to protect applicants from hidden or exorbitant charges.

๐Ÿ“œ ๐…๐ฅ๐ž๐ฑ๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐‹๐‘๐€ ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ: You can defer the submission of your Land Registration Authority (LRA) certification for up to 90 days after filing.

You now qualify even if you are an heir, a spouse, someone living on a subdivided "mother lot," or if your residency was interrupted due to work, marriage, or natural calamities (like typhoons).

This isn't a new law, but a massive update to how the existing Residential Free Patent Act is executed. It acknowledges the reality of Filipinos, especially those who have to leave their provinces for work or get displaced by disasters, giving them a fairer path to legally secure their homes.
