Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about supporting financial services through robust IT solutions? Instant Loan Limited, a leading local provider of quick and reliable personal loans in Papua New Guinea, is seeking a dynamic MIS & IT Officer to join our growing team in Port Moresby!

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate servers to ensure seamless system performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data management and reporting.
• Handle networking tasks, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform PC repairs, hardware/software installations, and general IT support.
• Oversee MIS functions to support business operations, including data analysis and system integrations.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from recognized institution or Diploma with proven equivalent on the job experience.
• Proven experience in server operations, SQL database management, networking, and PC/hardware repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• 2 – 5 years’ work experience
Highly Desirable:
• Exposure to Loan Performer Software (LPF) or similar loan management systems.
• Previous experience working in a finance or microfinance company.
