Our Mission
To effectively and efficiently facilitate a revolutionary lending service to alleviate the financial hardships faced by the formal working population earning within and or above the minimum wages bracket on a fortnightly by fortnightly basis and indirectly create a conducive environment for their growth in personal financial literacy and management within the country, and be the preferred provider of this service for the period of his or her formal working life to the benefit of his or her immediate and extended family.
Revolution Lending Services will strive to provide outstanding value and service to all persons and provide a fair reward to its owners and employees.
The Concept
The underling factor that contributed to the design of this concept is the culture practiced by the working population of the current generation where the fortnight salary or wage is used up within the fortnight week and does not cover the following week (loose week) before the next fortnightly income is available. This current culture is creating a lot of other related problems and is seen as:
1. Detrimental to the work performance of the employee concerned
2. Creating disharmony within the immediate family unit of husband, wife and children
3. A contributing factor in family related violence between husband and wife
4. Other social related issues such as assault, violence, grievous bodily harm and the most extreme, murder in relation to unpaid dinaus from loan sharks of the street.
5. Especially the above problem involving street loan sharks is known to have forced employees to abscond from their employments in fear of losing their lives.
In the rolling out of this product (REVOLUTION EXPRESS), the group intends to revolutionize the lending and borrowing culture, where the current focus is on Money rather than the provision of a good service to address socio-economic aspects affecting the country’s working population.
It is the belief of this group that our country with its diverse culture and traditions, trying to find a balance with the old and new ways will need alternatives that can create conducive environments for improved living standards for immediate and extended family units.
