Second home buyer pre-assessment of commercial bank loan to purchase property on residential investment lease purpose. Pre-assessment of borrowing capacity, projected 12 months rental income forecast and marketing of borrowing capacity to vendors and real estate agents to secure a property within budget.
Service fee is K1,200.00 per consultation - Second home buyer residential investment property lease pre-assessment and marketing.
Our services also extend to commercial loan pre-assessment to secure business loans and provide following services:
- 12 months cash flow projection
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Financial Statements
- Tax returns
