The 2025 Medicare & You handbook is starting to arrive as we approach Medicare Season.

Remember I am a local LICENSED insurance agent that specializes in Medicare.

The Inflation Reduction Act will have some of the biggest changes in recent history to Medicare. This new Federal law will affect the Medicare program as a whole.

It’s my job to make sure you understand all the changes and explain to you how it will affect your current coverage. If you, someone you love, or your community members are on Medicare you need to reach out to me sooner rather than later. So I can answer all of the questions and make sure everyone is in the best spot possible for 2025. 🏆

Myth: My Supplement/Advantage plan will cover my long term care in the future.

Truth: Commonly seniors believe that their Medicare will cover their stay in a Long Term Care Facility because Part A does cover some Skilled Nursing Facility care.
SNF & LTC are not the same thing.

As you age, there may come a day when you need some extra help taking care of yourself. Long-term care is the personal assistance you may need if you’re Medicare helps cover acute care, while long-term care insurance helps cover custodial care. Head to our blog for more information!

There is a little boy (maybe 5-6 years old and his father is outside with him) selling lemonade to help pay for Jurassic Park/Dinosaur lego sets that he wants to buy.

Rite Aid is closing 6 more stores and will eventually pull out of the Michigan AND Ohio market.

If you or someone you know who is on Medicare and actively picks up their medication at Rite Aid, you need to make sure that you understand how this WILL affect your Medicare.

Message me or call me if you want me to assist you in making sure you or the person you love understands these and all the changes around Medicare annually.

Including another store closing announcement late Friday, Rite Aid is planning to shut down a total of 11 locations in Mid-Michigan this summer.
