Our preferred contractors .nz, are recycling and re-screening topsoil stockpiles. Blended with imported dune sand, it’s been transformed into a permeable drainage topsoil for the detention swales either side of the main road alignment at our Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North development.

We had to stop our site work due to heavy rains over the last few months, but we are back on site to get things rolling.

"When water is made into a commodity, people die" that's what the neighbours of lake Michigan have to say about Nestle's water theft. The company pays mere $200 to fetch excess water from the lake. Due to this the narrow streams below are losing their aquatic life with not enough water to sustain. It has been seen that the areas around the industry are also suffering with diseases due to lead contamination. The irony is that the people are using bottle water to go through there daily needs because their tap water is contaminated due to Nestle's bottled water industry.

There are so many companies making a margin of 2000% profit by stealing water from our rivers and selling them packed in plastic bottled.
