Hope you all are doing well.
The last 12 months have been personally challenging for us, and we are truly sorry if our irregular opening hours caused any inconvenience or disappointment during this time.

We remain incredibly grateful for the continuous love and patience this community has shown us over the years. With God’s blessings, we are now back in good health and happy to return to our regular, reliable schedule at the Tuakau Post Shop.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Please note: For Kiwibank services, your nearest branches are now located in Waiuku or Takanini.

We will keep you updated and try open for few hours at 2 pm - 5.

Due to staff illness, we are unfortunately closed today, For any urgent postal services, please visit our Pukekohe or Waiuku branches.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience. If you have a parcel to collect, we’ll be back open on Tuesday and will stay open late until 6:00 PM to help you get your items after work.

Hi Whanau

Our Lovely Aman had an little accident this morning when someone has thrown a glass bottle on MWay, which it blew up his car tyre, although he was not driving fast and is safe but in a shock as he just lost his beloved Grandfather last week after being sick for a week. If you see him at the shop please try to be kind.

And we apologies to everyone who had to wait this morning. And last week as we had to shut for him to attend to his family.

KiaOra,

The lady who dropped off live fish in NZ couriers Parcel at Nz post shop kindly come back and take your parcel. Nz post will not do any freight forwarding as we have no contract with Nz Couriers.

Info: We are NZ post, Parceles for DHL, PARCEL POST, NZ COURIERS cannot be dropped here. If you have dropped this in past we have taken it to your correct drop off place, but we cannot do this everytime.

NZ COURIERS Drop off at Unichem Pharmacy.
Rest call your Parcel companies for puck up.

Kindly respect if staff informs you about this. We are not drop off stop for all the courier companies. As much as we like to help we cannot provide service to drop off packages for you everytime.
Hope this is understandable.

Merry Christmas to all, we are open on certain days during Holiday period. To help with banking just be mindful during holiday period we will only be able to help with Transactional banking only, withdrawls and deposits only, New bank cards and New account verification will persume from 6/01/25.
