With today being the last official day of winter it got me thinking.

For many, the ‘winter’ season in your lives has been very grey, draining, and basically a real slog but I just want to remind you … Spring is coming.

When life’s challenges seem relentless… just remember… Spring is coming!

When your ‘battery’ is running so low even energisers would struggle to get things zapping… Spring is coming!

When the seemingly endless production line of obstacles feels so overwhelming… Spring is coming.

To everything there is a season.

I don’t know about you but Spring to me, represents the coming of change, new beginnings and a breathe of clean air that signals fresh starts and new life. The heaviness of winter gives way to blue skies and so much potential.

So when life’s challenges feel like a heavy burden to carry… just remember… Spring is coming.

Whatever role you are in... put your full effort in and make the most of the opportunity. Don't allow yourself to get complacent. it is in your best interests to keep on your A-game.

When you have been in a role for a good length of time, the tasks can become second nature and it can feel like you are performing them robotically. This is a risky position to be in because when you get complacent mistakes are more likely to happen.
