An outstanding example of a Hans Christian, Christina 40, designed and built for comfortable and safe ocean crossings. If you’re in the market for a boat that has been meticulously cared for, look no further.
Vessel History:
**1st Owner:** A dentist from Long Beach, CA, was the original owner. The boat was primarily used for light float parades, entertaining, and a few trips to Catalina Island in California.
**2nd Owner:** Purchased during COVID, this owner undertook an extensive refit based on a 2021 survey. He intended to sail to Mexico, but unfortunately, his wife developed serious vertigo while sailing, prompting him to sell the boat to the current owner in January 2022. Andante was bought in Mazatlán.
**3rd & Current Owner:** This owner purchased the boat with plans to sail across the Pacific and spent two seasons in Mexico preparing for the journey that began in April 2024. After sailing 5,000 nautical miles, arrived in Fiji in November 2024. The current owners are now pursuing other plans and have made the difficult decision to sell their beloved vessel. The slip at Vuda Marina is paid until March 31, 2025.
Nearly all the work from the survey was completed in Long Beach, CA, with many upgrades made in La Cruz, Mexico. The boat is turn-key and ready to sail.

A unique opportunity to own a rare and extremely well built vessel. "Elvira" is a innovative deck saloon designed to sail far away with a short handed crew; twin engines, hydraulic centerboard lifting system, all lines coming back to the helm stations on electric winches. Her building construction, equipment and volumes, energy and water self sufficiency make "Elvira" an ultimate compromise between sailing ability and luxury liveaboard.

Feeling is an old European brand that have made thousands of monohulls through the years. In 2005 the brand was bought by Privilege Marin, French catamaran builder from the same village in France. The idea was to use the brand for a new type of monohull which was monohull sailing with the living standards of a catamaran. 9 Boats in sizes 52-55 feet were build. At the time, Privilege Marin called themselves �Alliaura Marin�. "Elvira" is No.5 and delivered 2010 with EU VAT paid.
This monohull has a cockpit lounge, helms forward, true deck saloon, 2 engines, swing keel with a draft of 1.35m (3.70m when down fully). Beam of 5.20 gives her the most amazing master bedroom under the cockpit with 180cm high headroom.

She is easily handled even for single sailors. Furling boom, self tacking jib, electric winches, hydraulic steering. She is made for enjoying sailing life at a luxury level and for a long time.
Some recent upgrades include:
