Meant to be home! 🏡❤️

Congratulations to my amazing clients, Prabhjot and Harpreet, on purchasing their beautiful first home in Glen Avon, New Plymouth! 🎉🔑

This one was definitely a challenge from the beginning. Their offer was accepted, but the very next day we received a call saying there was an unconditional backup offer on the property. We had just 3 days to go unconditional — otherwise, we could have lost the home.

Luckily, this is where having the right team and strong relationships really matters. 💪

We quickly got builders and valuers booked over the weekend, with all the required reports completed by the very next day. We managed to get everything sorted and the finance unconditional within just 2 days! 🙌
