Busy day in the office today with five appointments, and my last clients of the day had just gone unconditional on their purchase.

I've been a bit quiet on here lately... Lulu has been insisting all our work meetings are held outside !

Winter might be quieter for home buying, but it's actually one of the best times to inspect properties.

If a home is damp, cold, or doesn't get much sun, winter won't let it hide.

But the highlight was one of my earlier clients popping back in just to say thank you for the work I did.

Not going to lie — that kind of thing absolutely makes my day.

I always try to give my clients my best, so it means a lot when they notice.
