Did you know A credit card with a $10,000 limit reduces your borrowing ability by $46,000! Even if you have nothing owing on it?
Banks will look at your credit card limit... Not the balance... They’ll calculate your income using the assumption that you will max out your credit card limit and be paying 3% of the credit card limit each month. Need a hand putting your best foot forward, feel free to reach out.

ASB - This morning hiking Interest rates quite significantly, Other banks will probably follow suit! If you have a rollover coming up soon with any other bank now would be a great time to lock it in prior to the others hiking.

The run of lower and lower mortgage rates may be ending with major ASB pushing through some chunky home loan rate hikes, along with some TD rate rises
