With 20 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the New Zealand property industry, Alan brings a rare depth of insight to property finance. His career includes 10 years as a qualified valuer followed by a decade in property development, sales, and marketing, giving him a genuine understanding of what sits behind the numbers.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Valuation and Property Management, Alan has been involved in delivering medium-to-large scale developments across New Zealand. This 360-degree perspective means he doesn’t just assess a spreadsheet - he understands the real value of the underlying asset, helping structure funding solutions with precision.
