This is the same client who previously received $30,000 under her life cover. Following her diagnosis of breast cancer, she also became eligible for a trauma claim after successfully meeting the 14-day survival period required under the policy.

Once this condition was met, the trauma benefit became payable in line with the policy terms - even if her condition later worsened. This ensured that she and her family received the additional financial support they needed during a very difficult time.

Less than a year ago, one of our clients chose a simple $30,000 life cover. It wasn’t a large amount, but it was what they could afford, and it made all the difference now. Recently, I was approached by my client’s husband who had been going through a very difficult time. He suffered a sudden retinal detachment while driving — something completely unexpected and frightening.
