Hospital bills hit different when your wallet is empty. 😅

But here's what most Nepali employees don't know — your SSF covers up to NPR 1 lakh for hospital treatment. And it covers your spouse and kids too.

The catch? You pay 20%, SSF pays 80%. And after 5 years of contributions? SSF pays 50% directly to the hospital for bills up to NPR 10 lakhs.

This money is being deducted from your salary every month. The only question is — do you know how to claim it? 👀
