TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
1. LESSEE SUBMITS LETTER OF INTENT, CLIENT´S INFORMATION SHEET, COPY OF THE SIGNATORY´S PASSPORT.
2. AFTER DUE DILIGENCE OF ABOVE DOCUMENTATION, THE LESSOR WILL COUNTERSIGN AND RETURN THE LETTER OF INTENT TO THE LESSEE WITHOUT DELAY. UPON LESSOR COUNTERSIGNING THIS LOI THE SAME SHALL BECOME A FULLY COMMERCIAL CONTRACT. THE TWO PARTIES SHALL LODGE THE CONTRACT WITH THEIR BANKS.
3. WITHIN 72HOURS OF COUNTERSIGNING THE CONTRACT, LESSOR SHALL ISSUED HOST THE BG ON EURO CLEAR/DTC SCREEN IN LESSEE’S NAME (FOR VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE BG ALONE)
4. WITHIN 72 INTERNATIONAL BANKING HOURS OF SATISFACTORY VERIFICATION OF #3 ABOVE, THE LESSEE SHALL PAY A TOTAL SUM OF €150,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EURO) TO THE NOMINATED ACCOUNT OF LESSOR (AS TRANSMISSION CHARGES OF THE SWIFT MT 760). ALSO BUYER SHALL GIVE A CORPORATE PAYMENT UNDERTAKEN, ENDORSSED BY 2 OF HIS BANK OFFICER FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE 12% LEASE FEE UPON THE DELIVERY OF THE BG TO HIS BANK.
5. UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE TRANSMISSION FEE AND VERIFICATION OF THE CORPORATE PAYMENT UNDERTAKEN FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BG, THE LESSOR SHALL CAUSE HIS BANK TO DELIVER THE BG VIA SWIFT MT 760.
6. WITHIN 72HOURS OF AUTHENTICATION OF THE BG MT 760, THE LESSEE SHALL PAY THE TOTAL OF THE LEASE FEE WITH CONSULTANTS COMMISSION TO THEIR NOMINATED ACCOUNT VIA SWIFT MT 103 UNCONDITIONAL.
7. HARD COPY OF THE BG SHALL BE MAILED VIA BANK BONDED COURIER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT VIA SWIFT MT 103 UNCONDITIONAL.
