HOW WE TEASED MY DAD TO GET A NEW WIFE 😂😂
So, my immediate sister and I were on a call, just chatting, because my mum went to visit my sister on Monday and, as usual, the “short visit” was gradually becoming a long-term residency. 😂😂
At some point, I told my sister, “Better get ready, because Daddy will soon call and start asking questions. You’ll have to answer his query!” 😂
Guess what? Just immediately after I said that, Dad started calling my sister! 😂😂
I told her, “Pick it! Let’s tease Daddy.” 😭😂
She picked up, and before we knew it, the three of us were on the same call.
Dad went straight to the matter:
“Where is your mother? Is she not coming back again?”
My sister, without hesitation, said, “Yes!” 😂😂😂
I nearly died laughing!
Then we started telling Dad, “Daddy, go and get another wife. We will marry her for you. We want to take our mother!” 😂😂😂
Dad went, “Eeeeh?!” as if he didn’t hear us properly. 😂
We repeated ourselves.
“Daddy, go and get another wife!”
Then Dad said, “Okay, you people should get one for me as a replacement.” 😂😂
We immediately rejected the responsibility.
“No o! Go and get one for yourself. We will approve her!” 😂😂😂
Then Dad, with a straight face, asked the most unexpected question:
“Is it the one that will give birth or the one that can’t give birth?” 😭😂😂😂
My sister said, “Anyone.”
I quickly added, “The one that can’t give birth.” 😂😂😂
Dad turned to my sister and said, “Who will train them?” 😂😂
At that point, I knew my father was already enjoying the conversation too much! And honestly, Daddy was correct. 😂😂😂
Then he finally said, “Let your mother come back first. This one, we will talk about it later.”
That was the moment my sister and I BURST OUT LAUGHING! 😂😂😂😂
Why not start now, Daddy? 😂😂
Honestly, family calls can turn into comedy shows without warning. One minute you’re having a normal conversation, the next minute you’re already interviewing candidates for a replacement wife! 😂😂😂
But one thing is certain: Mummy better return home quickly before Daddy starts taking our advice seriously! 😂😂😂❤️
