For context, Ovunda is an Ikwerre (LGA in Rivers State) name.

Being in Rivers for all my life, I have learned about the business of Real Estate long before I knew the word for it. Thanks to our fathers and landlords, the Ikwerre people of Rivers State.

In Real Estate, it’s not enough to buy lands from just anywhere or to own properties anywhere.
Like Ovunda’s Father you must be really strategic. He saw a high demand in certain areas like Industrial areas like Trans Amadi, commercial areas like the airport at Omagwa and GRA, educational areas like universities in Nkpolu, Ogoni and Choba. He met the demand by owning properties that would remit monthly or yearly returns and eventually appreciate over a long time, now we know him to be wealthy.

My motto is simple, “where there are people, there is money.” You just need to understand the type of people and know the type of investment that can get money out of them.
