I just analyzed this property(image taken my yours truly 🌝)

8 blocks of 2 bedroom apartment renting @ 1.8million per annum

As I discussed with my client who built something almost similar and started renting it out this year(no space remaining)

The initial investment would round up around 150million land inclusive

Now renting at 1.8m rent it would take about 13 years to recover the full capital ok both land and building together

After you have paid tithe

Divide the funds into three

10%
20%
70% respectively

70% would be 5M approximately
20% would be 1.4M approximately

The 10% should be for immidiate expenses

20% should be to set up a business that’ll give you cash flow because if you invest without having a cash flow system hunger will prompt you to liquidate untimely… if you have a skill already then us the 1.4 to pay for more knowledge, connections, mentorship, marketing etc ( do this in stages and better still with guidance of a mentor with track good money skills)

Then bring the 5M I’ll help you spread it across a property in a prime location 1000sqm remember the funds came from a landed property hence you yet have need to start your real estate portfolio with the bulk of the funds and project for long term and you’ll enjoy later 🥂
