Kindly visit the FEMCOS office to go through the list of available items, along with their corresponding prices. After making your selection, please pick up a household request form from the FEMCOS office, fill it out accordingly, and submit the completed form at the same office with the current pay slip.

Payment Terms:

1. Maximum repayment duration: One (1) year
Interest rate: 5%

2. Maximum repayment duration: Two (2) years
Interest rate 10%
