As an upline, your job is more than pushing for volume. It’s about checking in when the numbers are down, showing up when others quit, and celebrating the small wins that others ignore. Your team needs support, not just strategy. They need presence, not just pressure.
Ask yourself:
When was the last time you called your downline just to ask how they’re doing — not about the business, but about them?
Do you train your people to be independent, or do you disappear and expect them to figure it out?
Do you lead with patience, or do you punish with silence when targets aren’t hit?
