In view of the above; WIMCOS is looking for reliable, vibrant and competent individuals to serve as *FIELD REPRESENTATIVES.*
A Field Representative would join force with our team spread all over the nation to help in achieving our goals.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
Each applicant must meet up with the following requirements in order to qualify for this position:
* Must be ready to work with other Field Representatives within your area.
* Must be ready to work with little or no supervision.
* Must be active both online & offline.
* Must be able to speak the indigenous language of your area.
* Must be 18 years of age and above.
* Must have a high network of people who would be seen as participants under your control
* Must be willing to dedicate and support the Organization in all ramifications.
* Must have excellent management and communications skills.
* Must have effective diplomacy and outreach skills to establish and maintain positive working relationship with others
* Must have excellent community mobilization, advocacy and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to plan and prioritize work under tight deadlines, as well as to work on your own initiative and as a member of a team.
