A reputable professional tuition and training centre in Ogba, Lagos is seeking a smart, organized, and result-driven individual (preferably a female) to manage the daily operations of the centre.

We are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate activities, support student enrollment, manage administration, and ensure the smooth running of the centre.

Administrative Manager
πΉ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Supervise the daily operations of the tuition and training centre
β’ Handle student inquiries, registrations, and follow-up processes
β’ Coordinate class schedules and support lecturers where necessary
β’ Maintain student records and administrative documentation
β’ Assist in promoting training programs and professional courses
β’ Ensure proper communication with students and prospective students
β’ Monitor staff activities and maintain professional standards
β’ Support management in achieving smooth and efficient operations
β’ Drive corporate & financial growth.
πΉ REQUIREMENTS
β’ Strong administrative and organizational skills
β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Basic marketing and student engagement skills
β’ Experience in educational administration is an added advantage
β’ Knowledge of social media promotion is a plus
β’ Must be responsible, proactive, and professional
