ST Team Account Authenticity Verification and Compensation Announcement
Dear ST Team Members,
In order to ensure the authenticity of platform accounts and protect the fair rights of all members, we are conducting an authenticity verification of all accounts and arranging for fund compensation. Please carefully read the following process and complete the operations as required:
1. Account Verification and Deposit Requirements
1. If account funds ≤ $1000: You need to deposit $100 to complete the verification.
2. If account funds > $1000: You need to deposit $200 to complete the verification.
3. Save deposit proof: After completing the deposit, please be sure to save your deposit proof (such as a screenshot of the transaction record) for subsequent verification during withdrawal.
2. Fund Compensation Process
1. After completing the deposit, your account will receive the corresponding compensation funds within 1 to 24 hours.
2. Please carefully check the account balance after compensation; if there are any issues, please contact the ST team customer service and staff for assistance.
3. Important Reminder: To ensure the accuracy of compensation, do not falsely report the account fund amount, as this will delay the verification process.
3. Withdrawal and Account Operation Time
1. Withdrawal Suspension: During the compensation period all withdrawal applications for accounts will be suspended. Once the compensation concludes, accounts meeting the trading volume requirements can withdraw normally.
2. Deadline:
Accounts that fail to complete deposit verification will be regarded as fraudulent accounts and will be permanently banned without compensation.
3. During this period, any individuals who denigrate the team or spread negative sentiments will be treated as fraudsters and will face permanent bans and disqualification from compensation.
4. Fee Compensation Application
Upon completing the compensation but having not yet applied for the 20% fee compensation, users can contact the ST team customer service to submit an application after the compensation is completed, ensuring they can withdraw smoothly. Please be sure to apply within the stipulated time to avoid affecting subsequent operations.
5. Deposit to Spot Account
Users do not need to transfer the deposit to a trading account separately; simply deposit into your personal spot account for verification. After the compensation process is complete, you can withdraw these funds at any time, and the withdrawal fees incurred will be fully borne by the ST team.
