The market has been very chaotic and difficult to predict in recent days . Am I the only trader who has noticed this ?

I struggle to deduce actual market direction even in a higher timeframe in the past few days. Asset like gold is apparently neither here nor there . It's just in one place consolidating.

It was just last night that I noticed a good bearish move on XAUUSD and boarded in , riding towards the closest resistance.

However, because of the relatively belligerent bias in direction, I took the trade with 0.5% of my account size . This is because I don't quite trust the way the market moves .

In the morning you would look at the chart and think that perhaps there's a BOS and imminent reversal sign , in the afternoon during the New York session another bias will spontaneously appear, contradicting the early London bias .

It is the best decision to stay off the market when the odds are not in our favor . Preserve capital and wait for clear market trend 📈📉
