It means, Happy new week, & you can give me a call to build a replica of Cheddars Smart Chain because we can not only build our own Blockchains by leveraging on the Frameworks below but we can build & list as many tokens as we want on the Blockchain without having to pay huge sums of money to the block owners.

Using modern blockchain frameworks will speed things up but note: you would need a recent Mac Machine or Linux with enough storage & ram, I did mine using Ubuntu installed on my windows machine but this is not best practice, let's just say I'm programmer.
