During interviews a lot of candidates will compel the interviewer to HIRE them that they will be accountable on task and roles assigned to them at all times if hired.
Thereafter, business owners discovers that accountability becomes one of the most difficult things to request and get from their employees.
Dear Business owners, do not be scared of losing an employee who will not work diligently and be accountable for whatever is in their care.

Pay less attention to your employees emotional expressions when doing so. Get the facts and ensure everyone is accountable in order for CONTROLS to be established in your business and the objectives of setting up such a business is achieved.
To the employees, manage the role(s) assigned to you as if your life depends on it. Taking responsibility and being accountable is a launchpad to developing requisite skill sets to becoming an exceptional human and material manager that you can leverage on to develop your own business as well.
Remember, a growing business and brand is one where there is ACCOUNTABILITY.
