Who Knows this plant???
This is Negro pepper or Ethiopian pepper ( botanical name Xylopia eathiopica).
Called Eeru Alamo in Yoruba, Uda in Igbo and Chimba in Hausa.
Do you know that it's a very powerful contraceptive? Before the colonial era, mothers used it for birth control. Have you ever wondered how mothers were able to space child bearing in those days? They used Uda water!
Modern day contraceptives such as hormones, condoms, IUCD, hysterectomy has only just been recently introduced, so we ditched our old methods, but now, due to discoveries of various side effects, mothers are now seeking to return to old methods which has zero side effects!
Side effects of modern medicine contraceptives ranges from hormonal imbalance, weight gain, depression, infertility, increased risk of certain cancers, heart attack and stroke.
RECIPE FOR UDA/EERU WATER
1.Measure 250g of eeru/Uda(½ size tin of Milo)
2. Add 60cl of water
3. Boil for 5mins and allow to cool.
4. Store in containers when totally cooled.
5. Store in fridge, not freezer, not to lose active ingredients in frozen temperature.
6. Shake well and pour out a glass of Uda water.
7. Consume immediately after s*x.
Uda water is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and folic acid and also consists of mono and sesquirter penoids, with typical constituents like alpha and beta pinene, myrene, p- cumene, limonene to mention but a few.
