We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for the position of Area Manager.
Location: Kwara, Abuja, Kaduna, and Kano.
As an Area Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple branches, driving sustainable business growth while maintaining portfolio quality, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for professionals who have:
• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• At least 5 years' progressive sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading multiple branches.
• Strong expertise in retail and microfinance lending, credit risk management, collections, branch operations, and sales leadership.
• A proven track record of building high-performing teams, managing quality portfolios, and consistently delivering business results.
