Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to telling fearless stories.
Not just the kind that entertains for two hours and disappears, but the kind that makes you sit back, reflect, argue, laugh nervously, or even whisper “what the hell did I just watch!”
So, when I founded my production company, , I knew exactly the kind of vehicle I wanted to build.
Not a keke that can only move inside small streets.
Not even a danfo bus that stops at every junction.
What I wanted was a veritable fearless trailer that will be able to carry daring stories across borders, communities, languages, and hearts.
September was a whirlwind, and one of the highlights was producing for Writer-Director .
Now, let me tell you something: filmmaking always takes a village.
In engineering, they’ll tell you a bridge is only as strong as its steel and concrete.
In medicine, a surgeon can’t succeed without the nurses, anesthesiologists, and lab scientists who prep the way.
In football, Messi can’t score without the midfield delivering the pass.
Same thing in film. One person may hold the vision, but it takes an army of energetic, relentless, fearless “villagers” to bring that vision to life.

Now, here’s the real gist: whether in literature, politics, business, or cinema, the stories that move nations are always the fearless ones.
Chinua Achebe didn’t shy away from colonial politics when he wrote Things Fall Apart.
Fela didn’t play safe when he used afrobeat to drag military regimes.
Even the tech bros we celebrate today - from to our own - are the ones who dared to imagine differently.
At Twenty Pounds Entertainment, we respect every storyteller, but we revere the fearless ones.
So I’ll leave you with this question: Got a fearless story?
Let Twenty Pounds Entertainment be your vehicle.
We’ll carry it with pride, just like our villagers carried .
Ogoo,
