⭕️ We lose strength when:
1. People around us mostly talk about negativity.
2. We scold ourselves, consider ourselves unworthy
3. Waiting for someone to make our life happy
4. We study what we are not at all interested in
5. We do what is imposed by society and does not respond to us.
6. We talk a lot and emotionally about how others live.
