In the name of Allah the Beneficient the Merciful
Man is created by God as His Khalifah on earth To effectively and efficientlycope with challenges of the world, HE permits productive entereprise of the trade for mutual benefits but forbid interest (Q2:275-278) the divine principles regulating economic cooperative emphasize justice, quality, transparency and avoiding injury to mankind (Q2:188).
Based on the understanding of the above principle we do hereby form ourselves into an interest-free Islamic Multipurpose investment Limited in furtherance of our individual and collective economics goal.
Aleniboro was officially launched in August, 2023, with its headquarters and meeting place at Lawal's Hall Alabi, Alasa Baba Isale Compound, Idi-Ape in Ilorin, Kwara State.
The aims and Objectives of establishing it is to create an avenue for people to meet as Cooperative Union. The Cooperative Union will serve as an alternative to the conventional one which operate with interest (an idea that is abominable in Islam) Hence, this group is purely a Non-Interest Cooperative Union.
Aleniboro has not less than Seventy-Five (75) groups in different location within Ilorin metropolis Fifty (50) different groups not less than Ten (10) Local Governments in Kwara State and have its presence in not less than six (6) State in Nigeria.
The Composition of Aleniboro is the Supreme Council, headed by a Chairman and Secretary, the State Executives Council headed by Ameer (President) and other State Executives and different Communities such as: Card and Form, Investment, Shares, Saving, Loan, Empowerment and Supportive Reconciliation, Shari'ah Communities among others.
Aleniboro Membership is opened to both Muslims and Non-Muslim alike, the major criterial of being a member is integrity, truthfulness, honesty, faithfulness and commitment. Any member must be 18 years and above.
