HALFEM MICROFINANCE INSTITUTE a new generation microfinance institute in Ilorin, Kwara State is offering job opportunities to individuals who possess the right qualifications of loan officers.
The candidate must be able to work efficiently with customers and closely with other departments of the company such as the accounting department, recovery department, and other loan officers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
Post Secondary school certificate Self-Starter who is target driven and self-motivated – must be comfortable in a target driven environment
Should be able to achieve the monthly or annual target
Excellent communication skills in English, Yoruba, and any other Nigerian Language (telephone, face to face, and written)
Holds at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or its equivalence.
BENEFIT
Salary(30,000)
1,500 weekly for transportation
Additional variable earnings including commission and bonuses
A credit officer can determine and write his/her own paycheck each month.
