Customer experience is not just about solving problems; it is about preventing them. During the Day 2 of the Customer Service Week, we had a media session where we took the press behind the scenes to show how our systems are completely redefining our CX strategy right now.

Day 2 was also about community impact. Because giving back is at the heart of Digitvant, we wrapped up the media session and stepped out of the office to celebrate new mothers. We visited them and gifted maternity care packages filled with baby essentials to support their beautiful new journey.
