He joins us with extensive experience across banking, fintech, digital payments, technology, customer experience, and financial infrastructure. In this role, he will provide strategic leadership for Fincra’s operations, growth, and market development in Ghana, strengthening our payment infrastructure and digital financial solutions as we continue to enable the seamless movement of money across Africa and beyond.

Before Fincra, Yaw held several senior leadership roles at OmniBSIC Bank, First Atlantic Bank Ghana and Zenith Bank. He also brings deep expertise in stablecoins, digital assets, cross-border payments, and modern payment infrastructure.
