We are delighted to welcome Chioma Ejewuke as Vice President, Customer Delight and Support.

Chioma joins us with over 15 years of experience in customer experience, business transformation, and change management across financial services and technology. In her new role, she will lead Customer Experience and Service Excellence across our global markets, building customer-centric strategies that deepen customer success, sharpen operational excellence, and support sustainable growth.

Before Fincra, Chioma held senior leadership roles at Interswitch, where she led enterprise initiatives across customer management, business transformation, service management, and governance. As a Transformation Consultant at Strata, she designed change strategies that helped organizations adopt new ways of working and improve customer outcomes. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management, teaching Agile Project Management to professionals and MBA participants.

Beyond her work, she is a committed advocate for youth and women development, partnering with Shining Teens Initiative and LavendarCare.
