What are the know reason people acquires property?

You see, this question sounds funny. A friend of mine said that, in this part of the world, it is like a blind Man asking:

" RAIN DEY FALL" in the middle of the street.. him suppose feel am too now.

See, I belt you reason dey and many peoples idea about owing a can be funny but they meant what they are saying.

Some of the shocking story in recent time and experience are:

* Retirement investment.

* Freedom from Landlord whahala.

* Prestige

* Sense of ownership

* Pride...... Which I call the "I" syndrome.

For me, all of the above are good but whatever it is, please always add the investment side to it. Why be some of us make mistake before saying; the. Place na "BUSH" forget say Bush na American President name Ooo.

For example eh, A plot Land around AIT Television Station Some few years back goes for and in a space of 13years, no be say Dem tell me I dey involved so, that same Landed property goes for with yanga.

*SURVIVAL STRATEGY*
Don't leave a JOB to start a BUSINESS, but start a business to leave a job.
One of the business trainer was quoted as saying. "People do not have patience to built a business for 5 years but they have patience to go to work for 40 years at the expense of inheriting a clock.
It is not a mistake to be born poor ,but its a mistake to die poor.
So start a business to leave a job. JOB simply means JUST OVER BROKE.
SALARY is a word derived from a Greek word "SALARIAM"which means SALT ALLOWANCE, it is a money enough to buy salt.
Please don't leave a job to start a business but start a business to leave a job.
You can not be wealthy through earning salary.

Do something about your life today . Start thinking about how to make money everyday. *Think Residual of Income* Start with a small targeted amount and grow as you go. Start with something that will give you even if its *N10* a day. Its better than going to bed without making even a *Kobo*.
Let's Put our faith into action, take risks and start a business TODAY.

*SALARY* alone can not solve your financial problems. You need Secondary Source of income to balance.
