LTD.) which is different and apart from the name we have been using earlier (SKY INVESTMENT NIG. LTD.). This has happened as a result of long awaited approval from the Corporate Affairs Commission
The name was earlier been screened, available, and applied since February, 2022, but regrettably the name "UBG INVESTMENT NIGERIA LTD" is the Approved name we are recently to use.
Note: Nevertheless & Never hesitate for the Good News is that; All former Documents, Pages, Banners, Flyers, Business Cards, Office addresses, our services and rest still remain Unchanged and Valid.
We are sorry for every Inconvenience we might have cause you, its all happened beyond our control and measures.
