..as Edo people laud it's relevance in trade
Overflow micro finance multi purpose cooperative society is a Nigerian micro-finance and multipurpose co-operative that was set up in 2015 to assist Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria with loans and other financial support in a fast growing Nigerian economy.
In the last seven years of existence, they have continued to provide small businesses which are the engine of growth in any economy with funds and other financial services to grow and expand their businesses, thereby creating employment opportunities and ensuring improved livelihoods for the local Nigerian population.
Rated as one of the best micro-finance institutions in Nigeria with competitive interest rates and convenient payment plans, they have been able to contribute significantly to the growth of thousands of small businesses that venture into buying and selling of agricultural based products, farming and trading of manufactured goods, among others, as well as skill capacity building.
Earlier today, the cooperative embarked on a media awareness campaign to help sensitise Edo people about it's relevance and impact in the society.
Speaking during the awareness campaign was a beneficiary of the cooperative loan disbursements, Mrs Juliet Oyengun, who disclosed how the cooperative helps small businesses with loans whilst granting start-off to new business owners. She thank the micro-finance cooperative for the good work they have been doing and encouraged Edo people to partner with Overflow micro-finance whenever they need loans for their businesses.
Other beneficiaries lauded the micro-finance systems of operation and were seemingly very happy and grateful for the well thought-out initiative by Overflow micro finance.
