The attention of The Managment of CAJAAH NIG LTD has been drawn to the public notice stating that The Association has taken over The Management of CAJAAH Estate and other nefarious activities going on at the entrance gate and other part of the Estate, take notice that whatever is going on in the Estate has been reported to the Commiaaioner of Police Nasarawa State & other relevant authorities. Competent courts have decided the ownership of CAJAAH NIG LTD and Orozo Mass Housing Estate. See Suit number FHC/LF/CS/18/2013 & CMG/CR/105/2011. On burial issue, Col Seidu I Musa and the association have taken the matter to court with Suit number NSD/MH/40/18 and the determination of the matter is being awaited.
