ACCESS NIGERIA is a world bank Initiated capacity building program for Nigeria graduates to ensure their employability as well as provide a platform where they can meet with various employers of labor. The “ACCESS NIGERIA” (Assessment of Core Competence for Employability in the Services Sector) is a World Bank capacity building sponsored initiative program geared towards improving the employabilit

y of Nigerian graduates. After a successful short listing of randomly selected graduates within the various Geopolitical Zones of the country by the World Bank, 1,500 graduates were trained and empowered with requisite skills to make them prospective and credible employees. Presently, ACCESS Nigeria is at its Job placement phase… hence, the Job fair program scheduled in Lagos at the National Art Theater Orile-Iganmu on the 13th and 14th of September, which is intended to create a match making platform for both employers and prospective employees. This platform promises to be an opportunity for various employers of labor to meet with credible and skilled graduates that will negate its various human resource challenges. The initiative is mainly geared towards ensuring that Nigerian Graduates are equipped with requisite skills to make them more employable as well as provide a match making platform for employers and employees.
