Kindly be informed of a scheduled maintenance that will result in system downtime on
07 June 2026 from 00H00 to 06H00am.
The following services will be impacted:
• ATM’s
• Point of Sale Machines (POS
• Internet Banking
• Blue Voucher
• All Systems (ATM, Online Banking, Debit Cards and Point of Sales)
We will, however, make all efforts to have most systems up and running as soon as possible.
Please note that the PayPulse App, the Standard Bank Namibia App, and Credit Cards can be used for transactions at other bank ATM’s and POS machines. PayPulse accounts will however have to be funded before the scheduled downtime.
You will not be able to make use of Blue Voucher services on PayPulse.
We will make all efforts to ensure that the disruption is as minimal as possible. However, we advise that you make use of any of our services ahead of the scheduled downtime to avoid any inconvenience.
