If you want to become an insurance agent, you first need to determine if this career path is a good fit for your skills, interests and personality traits. If the following description sounds like you, then you're probably well suited for a career as an insurance agent:
* you are willing and able to prospect for potential new clients (initiative)
* you enjoy meeting & helping people ( friendly attitude)
* you have self confidence to handle objections.
* you have willing to obtain a life insurance licence
* you are willing to learn and go through trainings
* have at least 3 years of working experience in an organisation of any field

The successful incumbent must consistently exceeds expectations with clients regarding insurance, financial planning, investments & customer service. To provide service to clients' changing insurance needs by selling life, health and disability insurance, a sense of responsibility to review client's potential risk and apply the correct insurance policies against that risk.

Many things have changed due to pandemic.
Many lost their jobs. Some had pay cut.
I am not saying insurance is the only choice, but I dare say it's the best for now because AIA offers flexi-agent post so here, you can still have a full time job and earn some extra income as a life planner.
